Our farmstay B&B is now operating - come and stay during April while the pool is still warm for swimming and there are plenty of apples to pick from the trees.
Located in Bilpin, a comfortable one and a half hour drive from Sydney, Glenwood Cottage gives you the opportunity to escape the city and experience life on a working orchard. Surrounded by Wollemi National Park, you can enjoy local bush walks, pick your own fruit or simply relax by the pool and enjoy the country surroundings.
Cottage
Fully self-contained one-bedroom cottage consists of kitchen, fireplace, TV/DVD, Stereo, QS bed, bathroom, air-conditioning. Also additional fold-out bed available in living area if you want to bring a couple of kids.
Pool and Outdoor Area
Directly behind the cottage is our 12m salt-water pool, great for swimming laps or just lazing about. The pool area is fully fenced and includes lounge chairs, pool toys, outdoor toilet, BBQ and ping pong table.
Orchard
The main orchard crop is apples, in season from late January through until early May. Other fruits grown on the orchard include cherries, figs, passionfruit, plums, feijoas.
Location
From Richmond, follow Bells Line of Road through North Richmond, Kurmond, over Bellbird Hill and then through Bilpin. Mountain Lagoon Road located on the right, directly off Bells Line of Road. Glenwood Orchard and Cottage is then located 9km down Mountain Lagoon Road. Approximately 35-40min drive from Richmond.
